Confirm the order stage
Ask whether the item is with the seller, at the warehouse or already inside an international parcel; the available action can differ.
Get the applicable rule in writing
Ask support which current deadline, eligibility rule and evidence requirement applies to the specific order and seller.
Separate every cost
Ask whether the item price, seller delivery, return delivery, service charge, tax or duty is refundable. Do not assume that a return is free.
