A beginner’s order checklist
Use this sequence to understand the official workflow without treating any quoted service, route or price as guaranteed.
1. Confirm the exact listing
Check the marketplace URL, selected colour, size, quantity and seller information before submitting an order.
2. Review the warehouse evidence
When an item reaches the warehouse, compare the supplied inspection images with the selected variant. Ask about anything unclear before creating a parcel.
3. Build the actual parcel
Available routes and final delivery cost depend on the submitted parcel and destination. Review the current route terms in your own account.
4. Keep records
Save the listing, selected variant, order messages, inspection images, parcel details and payment records in case you need support.
